ANCE invites you to the 2-day international festival “talking about MY GENERATION” on the 14th and 15th of
November 2009 (16:00 – 24:00) at “Technopolis” of the City of Athens (100 Pireos str, Gazi, “Konstantinos Kavafis” Hall).
The festival aims at raising public awareness regarding the problems of the 2nd generation immigrants in Greece and in Europe as well as at offering the opportunity to young 2nd G immigrants to express themselves through art, get to know each other and become active citizens.
Two days full of concerts, projections, exhibitions, art workshops, theatre and open discussions with the participation of non governmental organizations from Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Romania, Egypt, Palestine and Jordan.
The festival is being organized by the support of “Technopolis” of the City of Athens in the framework of the initiative “2nd generation immigrants: Citizens without rights” that is being implemented by ANCE NGO thanks to the funding of the European Union (Youth in Action Program) and Anna Lindh Foundation for the Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue.
